ANTI-BRIVERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

 

BESTSOL PERU S.A.C., is a company dedicated to the Commerce, Pre-Sales, Innovation (IT), Installation, Distribution and After-Sales Service of highly specialized telecommunications solutions in unified communications and collaboration; who provides its products and services with the highest standards of integrity, responsibility and commitment to avoid any kind of public or private bribery in its organization.

On account of this, the Management assumes the responsibility to develop, implement and maintain an anti-bribery Management System based on the ISO 37001:2016 Standard, within the framework of commitment to continuous improvement; generating value, credibility and trust to its customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders and society. Therefore BESTSOL PERU S.A.C., is committed to the following guidelines:

1. 1. To prohibit any type of offer, delivery, acceptance, solicitation or payment of bribes, either directly or indirectly, that breaks the Law.
2. 2. To comply with applicable laws and regulations, Anti-Bribery Management System requirements, and other commitments to which the organization subscribes.
3. 3. To promote raising concerns in good faith or based on a reasonable belief in confidence and without fear of retaliation.
4. 4. To appoint a compliance officer, with autonomy, authority and independence to perform tasks and roles, in order to ensure the effective implementation and compliance with the “Anti-Bribery Management System”.
5. 5. To initiate investigations to those employees and business partners who fail to comply with the Anti-Bribery Policy and other guidelines related to the “Anti-Bribery Management System”, adopting the corresponding disciplinary and legal measures within the framework of a disciplinary and contractual procedure.
6. 6. To act with impartiality, transparency and ethical behavior in all activities performed or executed, rejecting and reporting bribery behaviors to the competent authorities.

To make this policy known to all company personnel, as well as to make it available to interested parties.
